REACH (Registration, Evaluation and Authorization of Chemicals) is the new EU (European Union) legislation for chemical substances entered into force on June 1, 2007. It replaces most of the existing EU legislation on chemical substances, including the current EINECS inventory. Substances in terms of REACH are chemicals that are obtained by any manufacturing process. Any substance produced or imported in the EU in a quantity exceeding 1 ton/year must be registered with the submission of specific dossier to the new European Chemical Agency in Helsinki starting from June 1, 2008.

A Legal Entity in Europe that represents an European producer or importer (Third representative)
A legal Entity in Europe that represents a non-Europen producer (Only representative)
